Mr. Dileep C. Choksi is a chartered accountant by profession and has been in practice for over 50 years. His areas of specialization include tax advisory and litigation, structuring of collaborations and joint ventures, executive advisory and decision support, and corporate restructuring with a focus on start-up, turnaround and change management strategies. He also advises some of India’s largest business houses on various strategic matters, including family succession and on wills and trusts. Mr. Choksi was the former Joint Managing Partner of Deloitte in India till 2008, before he set up C. C. Chokshi Advisors Private Limited.

Mr. Sunil Shukla is a senior professional with over 3 decades of experience across banking, financial services, Investment Banking and fintech sectors. He has been responsible for developing strategic plans for business growth, business start-ups, market expansion and product development. He has assisted in transactions in investment banking and funding. He serves as an advisor on the boards of some start-ups and growth stage companies.
Ms. Karishma Choksi is an MBA and an accredited member of the Society of Will Writers and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, UK. She has previously worked with leading organizations like Bharti Cellular and Cadbury Schweppes Business Services. Karishma has been advising clients on succession and inheritance matters, writing wills, advising on trusts and overseeing their implementation at C.C. Chokshi Advisors.

Ms. Prajakta Naik is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has over 25 years of experience in Financial Reporting, Accounting, Audit and Assurance Services, Risk Management Advisory, Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisition, and Internal Financial Controls Implementation, across various industries, including with Big 4 accounting firms and start-ups in India. Her ability to adapt to different industries and contexts has allowed her to contribute significantly to the success of various enterprises.
